ACADEMIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE 

This committee is responsible for promoting the Association at Orange County Area universities to educate students about the information systems audit profession.  This committee also facilitates the establishment of student chapter at the universities. 

Important Information for Students & School Contacts:

Student membership: Full-time students receive ISACA® membership at a reduced price.
School Student Representatives Wanted! ISACA® is searching for 1 to 2 student representatives from each local school that can act as chapter liaisons and promote ISACA® news and events to student organizations such as MISSA or Beta Alpha Psi, or even start an ISACA student chapter.
Faculty and Advisors ISACA® can provide support to your Information Systems Auditing, IT Governance, Information Security and related fields by providing materials, speakers, and networking opportunities. 

Important Information for Members and Professionals:

ISACA® Academic Relations Committee needs you to: 

  • volunteer to attend/speak on campus or at a student organization meeting. Faculty and students always appreciate an alumni’s visit.
  • provide job shadowing/mentoring opportunities for students as needed.
